Zerrell Stallings
President
Co-Founder of Association of Black Sports Officials. Born in 1972 originally from New Haven, Connecticut. Zerrell has resided in Hartford, Connecticut for over the past 30 years. He played organized sports starting in the 7th grade through high school. Zerrell is an alum of Hartford Public High School Class of 1990. Zerrell has worked in the community as a business owner in various venture since 1999. Currently, the general manager of the Hartford Colts minor league football league since 2010. Zerrell has been a sports official on the Central Connecticut Association of Football Officials board since 2011 which included sitting on several committees.
Qur-an Webb

Qur-an Webb is Co-Founder of the Association of Black Sports Officials where he advocates for Black Officials and provides training and programming to related to athletics. Qur-an has been involved in sports in some capacity for most of his life. Qur-an has multiple sports for over 20 years. Qur-an is also the Director of Operations at Welcome 2 Reality, LLC. In this role, he oversees all aspects of Welcome 2 Reality's daily operations including, but not limited to training, consultation, etc. He also works as an independent contractor and is an Assistant Professor at Western Connecticut State University.
